Delivery Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers estimated delivery timelines and post-dispatch experience for orders from greenbloomagro.in. For packing and dispatch details, see our Shipping Policy.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Rural and ODA pin codes may experience longer transit times.

3. Agricultural Product Handling During Transit

  • Seeds and bio-inputs are sensitive to heat and moisture. Our courier partners are instructed to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during transit.
  • Despite best efforts, live plant material and bio-products may experience minor stress during extended transit to remote areas. Please unpack and hydrate immediately upon receipt.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If undelivered after 3 attempts, the package is held at the nearest branch for 7 days.
  • Unclaimed packages are returned to Green Bloom. Re-dispatch charges will apply.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed via the courier's e-POD system (digital signature, OTP, or photo).

6. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

  1. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and outer packaging, along with your order number.
  2. For seed viability complaints, report within 7 days of receipt with batch details.
  3. We will process a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

7. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange re-dispatch or a full refund.

8. Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed by extreme weather, floods, road disruptions, courier network issues, or government restrictions. We will keep you informed.
