Shipping Policy (Dispatch Policy)

1. Definitions

• "Shipping" / "Dispatch" refers to the process of picking, quality-checking, and securely packing agricultural and garden supply products, and handing them over to the courier partner.
• "Delivery" refers to the transit and final handover to the customer. See our separate Delivery Policy.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
• Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Packing Standards

• Seeds are packed in moisture-proof, sealed packets with crop suitability and planting instructions.
• Fertilisers and soil amendments are packed in leak-proof containers with safety data and usage directions.
• Garden tools and hardware are wrapped in protective materials to prevent transit damage.
• All packages include GST-compliant invoices.

4. Seasonal Availability

Certain seeds, live plants, and bio-inputs are available only during specific growing seasons (Kharif, Rabi, Zaid). If an ordered item is out of season or out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day and offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery pin code.

Exact charges for other locations are communicated at the time of order confirmation.

7. Address Accuracy

Please provide accurate and complete delivery details including pin code and a reachable phone number. Green Bloom is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Force Majeure

Dispatch may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, supply shortages (especially during extreme weather or crop failure), or government-imposed restrictions. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
