Delivery Coverage

Green Bloom delivers agricultural and garden supplies across India. We ship to all major cities and most pin codes.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. We will notify you via email or phone if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Order weight and dimensions
• Delivery location (pin code)
• Shipping method selected

Exact shipping charges will be communicated by our team after order confirmation.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Email confirmation with tracking details
• SMS notification with tracking number
• WhatsApp update (if opted in)

Tracking numbers are active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Delivery Attempt

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damages During Transit

If you receive a damaged package:

1. Do not accept the package if visibly damaged
2. If accepted, do not open - take photos immediately
3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@greenbloomagro.in
4. We will arrange replacement or refund
