Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product meets our return conditions.
Conditions for Returns
For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following criteria:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product seal is not broken (for seeds and fertilizers)
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened seed packets
- Opened or used fertilizers and chemicals
- Perishable items
- Items damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Custom or special order items
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order ID and reason for return
- Include photos of the product if it is damaged or defective
- Our team will review and approve/reject the return request within 48 hours
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit). Please send returns to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account/UPI)
Important: COD Order Refunds
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI to an account of your choice. We will contact you to collect your bank details or UPI ID for processing the refund. COD refunds cannot be returned in cash.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs
- For other returns, customer bears the return shipping cost
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Do not open or use the product
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund
